We only ship products using the postal alternatives available at the time of shipment. Shipments to PO Boxes could be difficult except to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Nattiva Hemp tries to make shipments fast and secure. Approximately shipments take between 2-5 business days from the date of shipment (depends on the area) may see different averages of time. Taking into account that it takes between 1 to 2 days to process your order. Tracking the package may not be available immediately.
Nattiva Hemp is not responsible for lost or stolen products. The client can indicate specific instructions for the delivery of the package and have the option to include insurance for the package, at their cost, please indicate their specific instructions in the Order Notes.
If the package does not arrive as expected, please contact us by email at nattivahemp.com, within 10 days of the estimated delivery date and we may help you open an investigation with the mail service used.
