Due to causes at our will, at the moment the return and refund policy is not active due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are temporarily implementing a no-returns and no-exchange policy for the time being. This is intended to care for and keep workers safe. This policy will be in effect until further notice. When we finish with this policy you will be informed and we will continue with our usual policy.

Nattiva hemp accepts returns of unopened items, purchased from us, for various reasons. If the article is defective or damaged, it will be exchanged for the same article, the communication will be made by email to nattivahemp.com, include photos of the damage in the article in question. If the change is approved, we will send you a replacement and it will not be necessary to return the defective one.

Within 30 days of purchase, returns can be accepted as long as they are not used, opened, and in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for sending the return. The money-back will be issued by electronic transaction, or some other relevant method, once the item is received and inspected. Returned orders that were made with free shipping will be refunded in full for the product less free shipping charges.
